Who we are

This policy applies to the Mission Tree Removal website and its tree-site review request forms in Mission, British Columbia. The website helps organize requests but is not an arborist, tree contractor, municipality, utility, or emergency service. It does not book work or guarantee a provider, assessment, method, availability, or price.

Information you submit

When you submit a form, we collect the name, phone number, property address, project notes, consent record, and limited attribution details you provide. Mission Tree Removal may use those details to respond. The form does not authorize sharing your information with an independent service provider; separate consent would be required before that happens.

Phone and email contact

If you call or email a listed contact, records of that communication may be retained as needed to respond and keep an accurate request history.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to the tree-site review request, understand the visible condition and access context, protect the form from abuse, maintain records, and improve the website. The form does not confirm service or an appointment. We do not sell personal information submitted through this form.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand visits and website interactions. Analytics events use a fixed, non-personal event contract. Names, phone numbers, property addresses, and project notes from the form are not sent to Google Analytics.

Cookies

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage. The site also stores a limited first-touch attribution record containing only allowlisted campaign and click identifiers; it does not store form entries in browser storage.

Data retention

Request and contact records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain accurate business and security records, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete contact details using the options below, subject to records we must retain.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the website and process requests on our behalf, including:

• Website hosting and analytics (Vercel)
• Website analytics (Google Analytics)
• Secure request storage (Supabase)
• Request notification email delivery (Resend)

These companies process information to provide their services and under their own privacy terms. An independent tree-service provider is not included in this operating-provider list and does not receive form details without separate consent.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit an estimate form. If you want us to correct or delete information you previously sent, email or call us and we will help where we reasonably can.
